Dealings by Directors/PDMR
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that today, 2 December 2009, Philip Lanigan, Finance Director, acquired 50,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Philip Lanigan now has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
