Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 1 September 2010 the Trustee of the British Land Employee Share Ownership Plan made awards to certain Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company over the below number of ordinary 25p shares in the Company, at nil consideration, under the Rules of the Company's Matching Share Plan.

These awards will conditionally vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject, inter alia, to achievement of the performance conditions and continued employment.
