DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS
The Company announces that an award over 15,540 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Ian Cockerill upon his appointment in 2008, vested on 25 June 2009.
6,372 Shares were sold at £17.88 each to settle the tax and national insurance liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mr Cockerill's beneficial interest has increased by 9,168 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
