Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Mr Ettore Contini, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had that day acquired by inheritance 5,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company,  Mr Contini has an interest in 55,000 Shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
