DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that Norman Mbazima, a PDMR of the Company, yesterday purchased 4,585 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of ZAR 299.01 per Share.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 and Listing rule 9.6.11.
