Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that its Chief Technology Officer, David Moss, has exercised 402,564 share options over ordinary shares in the Group at an option price of £0.78 representing approximately 0.52 per cent of the issued share capital of Blue Prism.
Following this option exercise, David Moss holds an interest in 2,924,436 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.80% per cent of Blue Prism's issued share capital.
