Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that Matthew Tack, Finance Director, bought on 27th May 2009 3,000 shares in the Company at a price of 128.12p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 37,852 shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued ordinary share capital.
