Director Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Per Staehr, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 10,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at an average price of 57.8 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Per Staehr is beneficially interested in 155,500 ordinary shares, representing 1.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
