BAE SYSTEMS PLC28 March 2007 BAE SYSTEMS plc NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIESOR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS Notification made in accordance with Section 324 (as extended by Section 328) ofthe Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules. The Company was notified on 27 March 2007 by the trustee of the BAE Systems ESOPTrust, IFG Trust (Jersey) Limited, that Matching Shares (being ordinary sharesof 2.5p each in BAE Systems plc) were released under the BAE Systems RestrictedShare Plan on 26 March 2007 to the following Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibilities (PDMRs) in line with the schedule set out below. Noconsideration was paid for the acquisition of these shares. Some of the shareswere subsequently disposed of on 26 March 2007, as set out below, in order tofund the tax and national insurance payable on release.
