Purchase of Shares by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of Spirax Group plc (the "Company")
The Company announces that as set out in the Company's Annual Remuneration Report on pages 130 and 138 of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Nimesh Patel, Group Chief Executive Officer and Louisa Burdett, Group Chief Financial Officer have purchased shares in the Company as detailed below. Céline Barroche, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary also purchased shares in the Company as set out below.
