Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 3 August 2009 that Nigel Luckett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on that day purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 165p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Nigel Luckett is now interested in 52,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.46% of the issued share capital of the Company.
