Name of Director / PDMR or connected persons: Mr Ian Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser

The Company was notified on 23rd December 2014 that:

· On 19th December 2014 Mr Fraser purchased 1,091 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his ISA at a price of 316.60p per share; and

· On 19th December 2014 a person connected to Mr Fraser purchased 1,351 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into their ISA at a price of 315.75p per share; and

· On 23rd December 2014 Mr Fraser sold 2,442 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 314.25p per share.

Following these transactions the total beneficial interest held by Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 936,277 ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.7235% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Fraser holds 1,291,587 vested but unexercised nil cost options which, if fully exercised, would result in an interest in 2,227,864 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company, representing 1.72% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
