PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that 118,936 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were on 28 May 2010 allotted to the following PDMRs of the Group pursuant to awards granted to these individuals under the Company's 2003 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"). The Shares have been released at no cost to the individuals according to the extent to which the applicable PSP performance conditions applying to such awards have been met for the 3-year performance period ending on 31 December 2009.
