Port Erin, the AIM listed company focused on investing in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical sectors, was informed that Galloway Limited purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7 pence per share on 19th July 2012,
Galloway Limited is wholly owned by a trust in which Jim Mellon, Chairman of the Company, has a life tenancy. Denham Eke, a Director of the Company, is a Director of Galloway Limited.
Following this transaction, the total Ordinary Shares in which Jim Mellon has a beneficial interest is 4,441,000, representing 13.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
