24 January 2011 Parallel Media GroupPlc ("the Company") Director/PDMR shareholding The Company was informed on 24 January 2011 that Ranjit Murugason, a directorof the Company, had acquired 12,500 shares in the Company at 36.2p per share on24 January 2011.
Following this acquisition, Mr Murugason is interested in 775,000 shares, representing 5.02 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
