Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings' or the `Company') Director's Shareholdings

Toumaz Holdings announces that it was notified on 11 December that Dr Winston Wong, a director, has purchased 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 7.509p per share.

As a result of these acquisitions, Dr Wong is now interested in 26,399,302 ordinary shares which represents 5.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
