Share Purchase by Non-Executive Chairman
Management Resource Solutions Plc, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, was today notified that its Non-Executive Chairman, John Zorbas, has purchased 4,450,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 2.48p pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Zorbas has an interest in a total of 11,019,080 Shares, representing approximately 5.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Moreover, John Zorbas is the CEO of Uru Metals Limited who currently own 8.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Form set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
