Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company") confirms that on28 December 2016, the Trustee informed the Company of an award of Free Shares under the Vectura Group plc Share Incentive Plan 2006 to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"):

Trevor Phillips 2,672 shares
James Ward-Lilley 1,559 shares
Beneficial ownership of the shares awarded will become available to each director on29 December 2019, subject to continuing employment, save in certain Good Leaver situations.
