Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 14 November 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 665 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 November 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,160,858 Ordinary Shares (53.48%).

2. on 15 November 2012 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 4,459 Ordinary Shares at 669 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 November 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 263,425 Ordinary Shares (0.61%).
