BBA Aviation PLC07 December 2006 7 December 2006 BBA Aviation plc Notification of Directors' Interests Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Section 324 of the Companies Act1985 and Chapter 3 of the Disclosure Rules, BBA Aviation plc hereby notifies thefollowing dealings in BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 29 16 /21 pence byBruce Van Allen. 1 Bruce Van Allen received a Matching Award made to him underthe BBA Group 2004 Long-Term Incentive Plan on 6 June 2005. The Matching Awardwas a right to acquire shares for nil consideration subject to Purchased Sharesbought by him and held by BWCI Trust Company Limited ("BWCI"), the trustees ofThe BBA Group Employee Share Trust ("BBA EST") remaining in the BBA EST. OnWednesday 6 December 2006 Mr Van Allen was allotted 3,087 shares, being thenumber of shares (net of applicable tax) subject to his Matching Award pro-ratedaccording to the amount of time that has elapsed from the award date up to thedate of demerger of the Fiberweb business from BBA Aviation plc. 2 The Company has received notification today that Bruce VanAllen purchased 6,450 BBA Aviation plc ordinary 29 16/21 pence shares at £2.8025per share on 7 December 2006. 3 As a result of the transactions set out above Bruce VanAllen has increased his beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the Company by9,537 to 77,213. Further to the announcement made on 4 December 2006 as a result of allocationsmade under the Company's 2006 annual bonus scheme, Halifax EES TrusteesInternational Limited, the trustees of The BBA Employee Benefit Trust, now hold13,882 ordinary shares.
