Ideagen plc (AIM: IDEA) a leading supplier of Information Management software to highly regulated industries, has been notified that David Hornsby, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 42,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hornsby is beneficially interested in 9,446,033 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Hornsby also holds options over 1,833,333 Ordinary Shares.
