Director/PDMR shareholding
Friday,11 April 2025: The Company has been notified that on 9 April 2025, Non-executive director, Mr. Jamie Brooke completed the sale and transfer of 27,700 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 49.3 pence per share, to Mrs Annabel Brooke, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"). Following this transaction there has been no change to the overall beneficial holding of Mr Jamie Brooke and his PCA which remains at 240,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39% of the share capital in the Company.
