Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Deborah Burks, the spouse of Philip Burks, a non-executive director, sold 500,000 shares between Friday 24 September and Wednesday 29 September at an average price of 311.8 pence per share.
This decreases Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 6,120,849 shares representing 4.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.
