Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 12 December 2013 that, on 11December 2013, Robert McGuiness, a person discharging managerialresponsibility, exercised 87,479 conditional shares granted on 25 July 2008under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. He sold 41,260 shares on theLondon market at a price of 443 pence per share, the balance of 46,219 shareshave been retained in his own name. This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R andDTR3.1.4R(1)(a).
