28 April 2015 RIGHTMOVE PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING Rightmove plc (the "Company") has received the following notifications todayfrom, Robyn Perriss, Finance Director: Robyn Perriss confirmed that today she exercised her right to acquire 2,172deferred shares awarded at nil cost in March 2013 in respect of her 2012financial year bonus, which vested in March 2015. Robyn Perriss subsequentlysold 1,596 of the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("ordinary shares")received at an average price of 3200.00p per share and retained 576 shares. Thenumber of ordinary shares sold represented 0.002% of the ordinary shares inissue (less shares held in treasury) prior to such sale. Robyn Perriss also confirmed that, today, she exercised her right to acquire6,201 performance shares awarded at nil cost in March 2011 and subsequentlysold 4,558 of the ordinary shares received at an average price of 3200.00p andretained 1,643 shares. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.005% ofthe ordinary shares in issue (less shares held in treasury) prior to such sale. Robyn Perriss also confirmed that, today, she exercised her right to acquire4,879 performance shares awarded at nil cost in March 2012 and subsequentlysold 3,586 of the ordinary shares received at an average price of 3200.00p andretained 1,293 shares. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.004% ofthe ordinary shares in issue (less shares held in treasury) prior to such sale. Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Robyn Perriss is5,833 ordinary shares representing 0.006% of the ordinary shares in issue(excluding shares held in treasury). She also holds Sharesave options over 912ordinary shares, deferred share awards over 9,352 ordinary shares and 54,240performance shares.
