Plant Health Care PLC18 April 2007 For immediate release, 18 April 2007 PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC (THE "COMPANY") ALLOTMENT OF SHARES/ DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION On 17 April 2007, the Company approved the allotment of 9,983 ordinary shares of1p ("Ordinary Shares") to the following non-executive directors, in accordancewith the Company's existing contractual arrangements, which comprise part of thenon-executive directors' remuneration packages and are payable in lieu of a partof their salary. The shares were allotted at 226p per share, calculated at theclosing middle market price derived from the Daily Official List on 16 April2007.
