ROS AGRO PLC (LSE, AGRO) announces that the member of the Board of Directors has bought the Company's GDRs
Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, on October 12 has bought 11,650 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of the transaction, current stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.3% (excluding treasury shares).
