Director shareholding
The Company was advised on 17 July 2017 that, on 17 July 2017, Nishith Malde, a director, purchased: 30,000 shares in his Pension Plan account at 58.9 pence per share; 50,000 shares for his personal holding at an average price of 58.96 pence per share; and 10,000 shares in his ISA account at an average price of 58.0 pence per share.
