The Company was notified on 16 October 2015 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 15 October 2015 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 42 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company at the price of 359.00 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.

This transaction took place in London.
