SHARE AWARDS
Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that its Executive Directors were yesterday granted the following share awards over ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares").
Sepura Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards
LTIP awards were granted under the LTIP over the Company's Shares as follows:-

Steve Chamberlain | Chief Financial Officer | 225,991 |
Under the terms of the Plan, these awards generally vest over three years subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions.
Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
Deferred Bonus awards relating to annual bonuses earned for 2013 were granted under the Company's DBP as follows:-
