Ted Baker PLC23 June 2006 Ted Baker plc (the "Company") The Board of Ted Baker PLC (the "Company") was notified on 23 June 2006 thatthe Ted Baker 1998 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") disposed of 209,740ordinary shares in the Company on 22 June 2006 at a price of 507p (the"Shares"). The Trust's holding is now nil. Ray Kelvin and Lindsay Page, both directors of the Company, are a member of theclass of discretionary beneficiaries of the Trust and are both consequentlytaken as having an interest in all shares in the Trust. As a consequence of thedisposal of the above Shares by the Trust, Ray Kelvin and Lindsay Page are bothdeemed to have disposed an interest in these Shares.
