UBM plc Transactions in shares by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") 17 March 2015 UBM plc ("UBM") was notified on 16 March 2015 of the following transaction inits ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Robert Gray, ChiefFinancial Officer of UBM. On 9 March 2015, 25,519 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Mr Gray followingthe vesting of a restricted share award made on 9 March 2012 under the BonusInvestment Plan. 12,233 Ordinary Shares were sold on 13 March 2015, to cover tax liabilities andcosts at a price of 543.1497 pence per Ordinary Share. The remaining 13,286Ordinary Shares were retained. This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance withDisclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
