Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified on 11 May 2017 that Stephen Gutteridge, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each and Mary Anne Gutteridge, a person closely associated with Mr Gutteridge, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 202.499 pence per share.
Following this purchase Stephen Gutteridge, and persons closely associated with Mr Gutteridge, hold 30,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.0038% of the total issued shares in the Company.
