NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that Charles Haresnape, PDMR, cancelled an option to purchase 7,142 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 25 September 2016. The option was previously granted on 29 October 2015 pursuant to the Aldermore Group PLC Sharesave Plan.
Mr Haresnape has confirmed that he has submitted an application to save the maximum amount permissible under the Company's 2016 Sharesave invitation. A further announcement will be made following the grant of options under this invitation. The date of grant is expected to be 12 October 2016, subject to any requirement to scale back applications.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA's DTR Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook and EU Market Abuse Regulation.
