("Styles & Wood" or the "Company")
Dealings by Directors/PDMR
Styles & Wood announces that it has completed a refinancing of the Company by way of a placing, an open offer, a debt for equity restructuring and the provision of new bank facilities, all to be preceded by a share consolidation (together referred to as the "Refinancing").
Set out below are current shareholdings of the Directors and PDMRs, following the completion of the Refinancing and setting out the number of New Ordinary Shares taken up by Directors and PDMRs under the Open Offer at a price of 25p per new Ordinary Share:
