EXPERIAN plc (the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has received notification that, on 5 June 2009, the Chairman, Mr John Peace, exercised options in respect of the undernoted ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company.
The options were granted on the date set out below under the GUS Executive Share Option Scheme and rolled over into options over Experian shares on demerger (10 October 2006).

The Company has also received notification that Mr Peace sold 166,894 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on 5 June 2009 at a price of 474.1573p per share.
Notification of these transactions was received by the Company on 5 June 2009.
Notification of the transactions was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R.
