The vesting of all the above awards is subject to the achievement of performance targets. In respect of this grant the performance conditions will be determined by reference to the Company's adjusted diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth and its Total Shareholder Return relative to constituent companies of the FTSE Small Cap Total Return Index over a three-year performance period.
