Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 24 September 2012 that on 24 September 2012 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, reinvested the dividend and acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 170.0 pence each.
