Accsys Technologies PLC30 March 2007 Accsys Technologies plc ("Accsys Technologies" or "the Company") Directors Dealings The Company announces that on 28 March 2007 the following directors of AccsysTechnologies were granted options over a total of 2,750,000 ordinary shares of€0.01 at a price of €2.59 per share (the "Options") being the market value of anordinary share on the date of grant each as detailed below.
