In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations, the Company announces the grant of options by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").
Under the terms of the Company's all employee 2018/2019 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE) the following options were granted on 19 December 2018 to PDMRs listed below to buy shares at an option price of £2.39 per share.
