Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Hannah Nichols, Chief Financial Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of Hill & Smith has purchased 1,478 ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.
As a result, Hannah Nichols now has a beneficial interest in 1,478 Ordinary Shares and retains share options over 3,822 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
