EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

On 28 May 2013 Susan Marsden, Group Company Secretary, exercised an option over158,000 Intu Properties plc shares granted in 2010 under the Company'sunapproved share option scheme at an exercise price of £3.13 per share. MrsMarsden sold all 158,000 of the shares subject to the option at the cappedprice of £3.339 per share, and therefore her total interest in Intu Propertiesplc shares remains at 8,443 (0.001%) following the exercise.
