BGH was notified today that Allan Hirst, a Director of BGH, had sold 12,000 BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) in his personal capacity as detailed below.

Following the sale of BGH Shares, Allan Hirst continues to hold 48,434 BGH Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the share capital of the Company.

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
