Homeserve Plc25 May 2006 Director/PDMR Share Transactions a) Purchase of Shares by Employee Trust The Homeserve Employee Trust, which holds shares for the benefit of employees,including directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility, today,purchased 151,687 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the capital of theCompany (0.2% of the issued share capital). The average price paid was £14.898per share. The shares purchased will be used to satisfy options granted under the ExecutiveShare Option Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan.
