NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified today that on 19 August 2008 the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) exercised an option over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc under the Senior plc 1999 Executive Share Option Plan.
The shares deriving from the above exercise of option were subsequently disposed of on 19 August 2008 as indicated below. These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
