Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')
The Company has been informed that, on 24 July 2008, Dawnay, Day Deutschland Limited sold 218,143 shares in DTR at a price of 32.6c per share.
This disposal was made as a result of the forced closing of a leveraged position.
Both Peter Klimt and Guy Naggar are directors of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria Real Estate Asset Management Limited and have interests in Dawnay, Day Deutschland, as previously disclosed.
Following the above sale, Mr Klimt's and Mr Naggar's interests in the Company are as follows:
