Director / PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent Financial Advice and Wealth Management groups, today announces that Andrew Snowball, a director of the Company since the merger with Sumus plc on 6 May 2008, and one of the founders of Financial Services Advice and Support Limited (FSAS) has on 15 July transferred 42,563 shares in the Company. In common with other members of the FSAS management team, Andrew Snowball had previously undertaken to settle in specie certain professional costs relating to the acquisition of FSAS by Sumus plc, and this transfer of Lighthouse Group plc shares is to satisfy that obligation.
Andrew retains an interest in 383,116 shares, or approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
