SciSys PLC04 January 2008 SciSys Plc ('SciSys' or the 'Company') Grant of Share Options to Directors On 2nd January 2008, upon the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee ofthe Company the following Directors were granted share options. The grant ofoptions was made under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive scheme(EMI). The grant was priced at 46.25p per Ordinary Share being the closing priceon 31st December 2007 (the preceding day of trading). These EMI options enable the Directors to benefit only from the future growth inthe value of the Ordinary Shares above 46.25p. The Directors may not normallyrealise any such benefit for three years and the exercising of the options willbe subject to meeting certain performance criteria linked to the earnings growthof the Company.
