Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that on 13 January 2015 Groundlinks Limited sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.946 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").

There is a concert party comprising; ALR Morton, Chairman of the Company, Hawk Investment Holdings Limited, Hawk Pension Fund Limited, Seraffina Holdings Limited, Retro Grand Limited, Groundlinks Limited and Southwind Limited. The aggregate holding of the concert party following this transaction was 79,318,302 Ordinary Shares representing 63.16% of the total voting rights in the Company.
