Director share purchase
Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a leading climate change business in the growing carbon and sustainable development markets, is pleased to announce that several Directors of the Company have purchased ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

Notes:
The new Shares have been purchased by Overmoor Ltd SSAS of which Jeff Kenna is interested. Following this acquisition, Jeff Kenna has a total interest of 2,905,269 Shares of which 225,000 Shares are held by James Hay Pension Trustees Ltd and 187,736 Shares in Overmoor Ltd SSAS.
The new Shares have been purchased by the SM Trust of which Scott McGregor is interested. Following this acquisition, Scott McGregor has a total interest of 259,709 Shares of which 201,189 Shares are held by the SM Trust.
The new Shares have been purchased by David Roger William Potter SJP SIPP of which David Potter is interested. Following this acquisition, David Potter has a total interest of 151,113 Shares of which 70,468 are held by David Roger William Potter SJP SIPP.
